Nerian, Territory of the Dûr Hîni
The region stays a nice balmy 80 degrees almost all year round. It is lush and green because of the Dark River that runs through it. It has a pretty varied forest filled with many different types of trees and flora. But it is not a safe place to go out to for a picnic. It is filled with Dûr Hîni who are more than willing to separate a traveler from his head.
1. Luin Mountains, are on the northeastern edge of the territory and completely shield them from travelers and attacks from that side. They are so steep and vicious that there are no known paths leading through it.
2. Dark River, originates in the Luin mountains and feeds down through the entire area and tapers off slowly before reaching the desert.
3. Impeer Bridge, is a bridge over the river that is heavily guarded by Dûr Hîni who are more than capable of taking care of riff-raff.
4. Acrid Forest, is the mild forest that hides the entrance to Neria'var. It is filled with Dûr Hîni in training and their teachers and masters. To wander here unnecessarily almost always means death.
5. Hills of Plague, are a small hillock that shield the forest from the desert and its winds and dryness.
6. Brint Desert, is on the southwestern fringe of the territory and spills over a little into the area.
7. Neria'var, city of the cave dwelling Elves. While the location is hidden to all except the very most devout. It is a large sprawling city underneath the mountains and rivals that of the dwarven city of Sor'e. Despite this rivalry, it is not uncommon to see Dwarves exploring the town freely.
